Lofts in all their forms have become an established niche of the Toronto real estate market over the past three decades and, as good fortune would have it, I’ve been engaged in Toronto’s loft market since the early 1990s, including the concept, sales, and marketing of The Button Factory at 200 Clinton, The Banquet Hall at 62 Claremont, The Wellington Worx Building, the Baseball Globe Factory, and, of course, The Movie House. Let’s look at some lofts!
