Certainly the exposure through the media helped fuel the interest in the property.

This month our delightful professional urbanites searched for the better part of 2013 looking for a stylish renovated dwell near Trinity Bellwoods Park. In the end their patience was rewarded, when they competed against six others to secure a gorgeous high-quality residence for just over $1.35million. This was a stellar buy, marrying great living space in a Triple AAA location. It's a magazine-quality space!
