March’s Dear Urbaneer was entitled, Dear Urbaneer: Will Toronto Have An Active Spring Real Estate Market This Year?  In this one, Steve provides counsel to a reader who wonders what might be in store for the Toronto housing market this Spring. The question reads: “I know Spring has historically been a busy time for realtors. But with all that’s going on politically and economically right now, will this Spring season be like it usually is?  What might we expect?” Read on for his insight!

Steve and the Urbaneer Team post weekly blogs that share our love of all things real estate and that celebrate Toronto! Below are three of our most well-read posts this past month:

Our most well-read piece was: Toronto Loves The CN Tower (And So Do I!).  It’s a tribute to the CN Tower: what it means to Torontonians and tourists alike and how it can affect real estate prices, too! Follow Steve on a little jaunt down memory lane as he reminisces about his own experiences with this iconic Toronto landmark!

Another popular piece was ‘The Revitalization Of David Crombie Park In Toronto’s St. Lawrence Neighbourhood. The main goal of this project is to improve the fabric of the community by encouraging congregation and recreation, improving land use, and providing access to features and facilities that cater to a more diverse population with a wide range of lifestyle wishes and needs. The entire process ensures the resulting green space is not only appealing and usable but also safe; the final concepts for each park block were curated with an eye to the principles of sustainability and environmental design, as well as crime prevention.

We also had a great response to our blog, ‘It’s All About Convenience When You Live At Market Wharf II, Steps To The St. Lawrence Market‘.  This piece was written to promote our recently SOLD listing at 1 Market Street #1001. We wanted to share with as many potential Buyers as possible just how livable and convenient the St. Lawrence Market neighbourhood is. And I think we succeeded, as we had three competing offers for this property! Read on!
