July’s Dear Urbaneer was entitled, ‘Dear Urbaneer: What Is Neuro-Inclusive Design And How Will It Improve Our Living Environments? This month, Steve guides a client who is interested in the emerging field of neuro-inclusive design and how it can be incorporated to improve his family’s health and well-being at home. The question reads: “My child is neurodivergent (attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder) and I have been researching different ways to create a calming environment at home. During my research, I came across the field of neuroaesthetics, and specifically neuro-inclusive design, which, if I understand, could benefit our family at home. Could you share your ideas ah0ut neuroinclusive design, and how I might incorporate these elements in our home?”  Read on for his insight!

Steve and the Urbaneer Team post weekly blogs that share our love of all things real estate and that celebrate Toronto! Below are three of our most well-read posts this past month:

Our most well-read piece was: ‘How Urbaneer Sold This Tony Townhome At Bloor & Symington‘. When you enlist the Urbaneer Team, your property is featured for sale on multiple platforms with multi-faceted promotions. And best of all – it’s custom-created by us to attract qualified buyers interested specifically in your neighbourhood, your dwelling type, and the architectural and design features unique to your property. Here’s a re-telling of how Urbaneer’s custom marketing programme sold this gorgeous townhouse –  A Tony Townhouse On Bloor Street West At Symington.

Another popular piece was ‘Buying A Pet-Friendly Condo Your Dog Will Love‘. All pet owners consider their pets important members of their family – that’s no secret. But mixing pets and urban living can be a challenge, especially when buying a condo. Will the space be big enough? Does the building even allow pets? Addressing these variables can help reduce the stress in your real estate search. Here’s some advice and things to keep in mind when searching for a condo to purchase.

We also had a great response to our blog ‘The Benefits Of Living Near Water’. It’s a well-known fact that where we live and how we live greatly influence our lives physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. In fact, I’ve dedicated a whole series to exploring how housing impacts health and well-being in all kinds of ways in my Healthy Home blogs. The immediate environment in which you live can drive your mood, affect your behaviour, alter your decision-making processes, influence your stress levels, and much more! It can also help with your physical health (i.e. allowing for exercise and proper diet) or hurt it. Here’s our deep dive into how living near water can affect your life in positive ways!

And – for lovers of unique urban spaces – don’t miss our sensational Toronto real estate listed for sale or lease on our site for your consideration!
