To start, let’s look at July’s instalment of Dear Urbaneer, entitled, ‘Dear Urbaneer: What’s The Latest Smart Tech That Can Improve My Home (Life)?‘ In it, Steve shares some of the newest smart tech solutions that are sure to elevate home life. Here’s the client question: “Given that I live in a small home, I am trying to make better use of my space and my time at my residence. I am still working from home often, and am enjoying being able to host friends more often this summer compared to years past. And I love gadgets. Do you have any thoughts on smart home products that could make my home and life more efficient?“.  Read on for Steve’s answer!

Steve and the Urbaneer Team post weekly blogs that share our love of all things real estate and that celebrate Toronto! Below are three of our most well-read posts this past month:

The most read post for July was ‘Making Housing Affordable… Around the World!’. In Canada, like many places, we are suffering from high home prices, high mortgage rates, substantial inflation… so what are we to do? In times like these, it’s natural for us to look outward into the world, and possibly find solutions that have not yet been adopted in our countries and cities.  And that’s what this post is all about! Read on!

Another popular piece was ‘Property Primping By Urbaneer!‘, in which we describe the various services we offer when it comes to ensuring a property looks its best before sale! When you enlist our services, one of our priorities is to help your property look its best and garner top dollar. One of the ways we do this is by offering home furnishing assistance, whether through the process of Staging or through our Style Enhancement service.

Thirdly, we had a great response to our blog about, simply put, front doors!! When it comes to real estate, first impressions count. That’s why the expression ‘Curb Appeal’ has merit. In the freehold property market, as dwell hunters arrive in front of the property for sale or leave that they’re about to view they’re already assessing the residence, the setting, and the surrounding streetscape. Here’s the post: ‘Hello, Front Door! I’d Like To Buy You!
