Unequivocally, Toronto Life is the 'zine to read when you want to be up-to-date on food, culture and life in Toronto! I've been a regular reader ever since I moved to this city back in 1984! In fact, many times in the past, when we've shared our own 'behind-the-scenes real estate stories, they've been modeled on and inspired by Toronto Life's feature stories on real estate. Our latest, a commentary on entering the 2014 hot fall market was entitled, 'Toronto Life, And Tales From The Toronto Real Estate Trenches’. If you want the skinny on what really goes on behind Toronto's domestic curtain, these are great posts to learn about Toronto real estate!
We're thrilled that, this week, as part of their House of the Week series, Toronto Life has chosen to showcase our sublime semi in the South Annex! Lovingly-maintained and recently renovated, this elegant three-storey home exudes the antique grace of neighbouring Annex manses, but has been thoughtfully reorganized to fit today's busy urban lifestyle. The open main floor entertainment space boasts wood floors, a gas fireplace and recessed lighting, and flows into a contemporary kitchen that is brimming with panache, quality finishes, and calibre appliances. Not to be missed are the second level master sanctuary, characterized by vaulted, sky-lit ceilings, wall-to-wall closets and ensuite bath, as well as the third floor walk-out to a sun-soaked, cityvista deck. This generous space needs to be seen to be believed, and is offered for $1,389,000.
