Hysterically Awful MLS Pictures

Real Estate

Sometimes I think the public doesn't recognize how much most Toronto Realtors know about marketing a property.

When I search the Multiple Listing Service, I often come across properties with no photos, leaving me to assume that if the listings are not tenanted or do not say “as-is”, they are in most likelihood too garish to photograph.

I appreciate that.

Internationally, it’s different. Realtors seem to have abandoned common sense by posting insanely frightening pictures on their MLS listings.

Here are some samplings – including photos showcasing a Horse In A Living Room, Doll Crazy, Wigging Out and a Creepy Mannequin Family – from a fun site out of the United States called Hooked on Houses:

Really?

Here's another fun blog on Terrible Real Estate Agent Photos from England, and that naughty story out of New York.

Check them out for a giggle.

We promise none of the above shenanigans will occur when you enlist the services of urbaneer.com. In fact, to ensure we bring your property to market in its best of form, we offer our clients a FREE Style Enhancement Service where we'll elevate your property using your existing furnishings (and bring along some of our own goodies too, if required), prepare a floor plan of your property at no additional charge, and have our professional photographer capture your property at its best.
