Architecturally crisp and contemporary, the main entrance opens into a shimmering lobby with mixed metal decor and creative lighting that is beautifully elevated.
As the figurative new kid on the block, Lotus is highly sought-after by those who desire thoughtfully-designed living spaces with elegant fixtures and finishes. It’s also coveted by those seeking life-enhancing on-site amenities. This boutique building features a Fitness Centre, Party Room, Rooftop Lounge & Patio (with BBQs), Rec Room, Guest Suite ($100/night), Bike Storage, 24-Hour Concierge, and Visitor Parking (20 Spaces!). You can’t beat the calming colours and natural light streaming in from the floor-to-ceiling glazing!
One reason to consider this space is how perfect the proportions are. The front hall with its uber-convenient coat closet and stacking laundry zone is accessible, convenient, and doesn’t impede circulation through the space. Unfolding as a series of articulated living spaces, we adore the self-contained den which offers the perfect utility for a work-from-home office, or child’s room. How brilliant!
The open-plan entertainment space is smartly laid out. Light and bright, the kitchen features sleek built-in appliances that keep the proportions crisp and clean, and we love the bright stone countertops that offer plenty of food prep space – or your Friday night charcuterie board (and wine!) with friends! The owner has cleverly installed a warm wood island with seating for two which extends the utility of the kitchen while keeping the linearity of the architecture. It’s a great design touch.
