The month of June in Toronto has been extreme, both in terms of the weather and the changing real estate market. Whilst the chilly temperatures and lashing rains of May cooled real estate sales, as the warmer weather blew into June (culminating in some rather scorching steamy days), Buyers returned to the market in full force, fueling both the condominium and freehold housing markets. It appears that the delay arrivial of Spring served Sellers well this month.
In this month’s newsletter, we share our insights on the dynamics of Toronto’s real estate market, including our newest monthly HomeWatch newsletter on the ‘Psychology Of Housing & Home‘, as well as sharing some of our most popular blog posts, including sharing our own experience selling properties in several of the neighbourhoods Toronto’s Life Magazine identified as ‘High Return Neighbourhoods’. We also have our monthly ‘Home Of The Month‘ feature showcasing a property one of our clients bought, a lesson on ‘How To Evaluate A Toronto Condo‘ as well as a link to our newest website called Houseporn.ca which is a Student Mentorship and Paid Internship Program for Canadian students in the fields of housing.
