At Urbaneer, each month we share the tale of what one of our buyers bought in our Home Of The Month Feature. This month our delightful single professional female, relocating from London, England, searched for the better part of 2013 looking for the ideal 'house in the sky' that was as central as possible. In the end she purchased a very stylish London-feeling towne just steps to Yorkville and The Annex for just a squeak over $600,000. This was a stellar buy, marrying great living space with a desirable location.
Finally, in this edition we also share our recent experiences in our Tales From The Real Estate Trenches. Despite winter's grip on Toronto right now, the real estate market is Hot Hot Hot! We knew the Spring Market arrived early when our Buyers were one of 32 bidding against a house in the Wallace Emerson neighbourhood!
