September’s Dear Urbaneer was entitled, ‘Dear Urbaneer: How Is AI Affecting Real Estate?‘ This month, a reader is wondering about AI in real estate. The question reads: “It seems like AI is integrated and influencing nearly every aspect of our lives, and changing rapidly all the time. How is AI affecting real estate? And beyond the practical applications, could its growing influence affect employment, and by extension the real estate market?” Read on for Steve’s reply and insight!
Steve and the Urbaneer Team post weekly blogs that share our love of all things real estate and that celebrate Toronto! Below are three of our most popular posts this past month:
One of our most well-read pieces was: ‘A Coast-To-Coast Canadian Housing Style Round-Up’. This blog is a coast-to-coast round-up of some of Canada’s most iconic, historic, post-war housing styles- and some fun facts about each!
Another popular piece was ‘George Street: Where Toronto Began‘. This blog offers give a mini urban history lesson on a topic we find fascinating – the evolution of Toronto! We’re focusing on one street in particular, which was present at the advent of the City. When you stroll along George Street, heading north from The Esplanade to Gerrard Street East, one block east of Jarvis Street, it looks like many other downtown streets today. Look a little closer, however, and the streetscape becomes much more fascinating: it represents the City timeline. In fact, it’s one of the City oldest streets. Read on!
