The April 2013 Synopsis

Uncategorized

April was windy, cold and wet, which left Torontonians shivering in bitterness as we wailed for Spring to arrive.

Fortunately, Mother Nature finally relented. Over the past week the sun has come out, the trees are budding and Torontonians have smiles ear to ear. Yea!

April was extremely busy for Urbaneer. We received some press with BlogTO featuring one of our listings, tackled the age-old question of what to look for when considering the purchase of a country home, and revealed the transformation of one of our listings after it was renovated for our Zoomer client. We also successfully negotiated several sales for Buyers who will soon be closing on properties which need extensive renovations to the tune of $250,000 to $500,000 each. Urbaneer hopes to be there every step of the way offering counsel to our clients, and illustrating the renovation process from start-to-finish in the form of a video diary. Stay tuned!
