At the beginning of each year Toronto Realtors are usually timing when to bring new listings to market based on the amount of snow we’re already navigating through while anticipating the next blizzard. After all, one doesn’t want to bring a property to market if no one can get to it!

But it’s different this year.

With clear sunny skies and a temperature of 6 degrees Celsius, the question on urbaneer.com’s mind is whether all the Autumn buyers who didn’t purchase last year, plus all the new Buyers who toasted the New Year with the intention to move, will leap into our fair weather market and compete for the still-limited supply of property.
