Curbed is a North American site that gives the skinny on urban life.

And they’ve now pioneered to Canada with outposts in Vancouver and Toronto.

Toronto’s editor Alana Charles is one of urbaneer.com’s clients… she and her partner did a gorgeous renovation of a South Annex home into a contemporary masterpiece. So when she touched base looking for a recent sale that was interesting, we were happy to oblige.
