Spice Up Your Life At La Tortilleria On Dufferin At Bloor

Dufferin Grove / Bloorcourt Village, Wallace/Emerson & Brockton Village

City life means having a busy life, leaving times when one wonders how you're going to prepare and enjoy a meal between commitments. Plus, there are those scorching days of heat when it's better to bypass the kitchen and opt for a take out picnic in a park. Either way, in a mulit-cultural city like Toronto, there are loads of options for tasty food on a budget!

One of our favourites is called La Tortilleria. Located on Dufferin Street just south of Bloor, this popular neighbourhood destination has several locations throughout the city. Offering a selection of authentic mexican food at a reasonable price, it's a great pit stop when you're craving something full-flavoured to take your tastebuds south of the border!

For just $9.75, one can choose three of your favourite soft shell tacos… add your favourite spicy sauce and you've got some tasty treats!

You can scope out the menu on the La Tortilleria website, which is also where you can look into their creative catering offerings, purchase some of their authentic foods wholesale, or even get yourself some cheeky swag!

Located just up the street from the 14-acre neighbourhood-run Dufferin Grove Park, this should be your destination of choice to pick up a mobile meal for an afternoon stroll or to refuel after a Bloor Street shopping spree.

Could you imagine making this your local taco stop? Here's Sizzle And Spice In Bloordale Village just west at Bloor and Lansdowne, and here's An Elegant Edwardian Home Sweet Home In Dufferin Grove, just east on Dovercourt! Both are now SOLD!
