In addition to grocers, pharmacies, purveyors of fresh produce (there is a farmers market in the park during the summer months), gyms and access to public transit- all within walking distance, there are plenty of stops along the way for wandering gourmands, within the Mt. Pleasant and Bayview area. Smells of freshly baked goods waft from Thobors Boulangerie Patisserie Café. Sushi lovers delight in Hokkaido Sushi Restaurant. Reportedly some of the best Indian food in town can be found at Amaya Restaurant. Neighbourhood pubs, great for gathering with friends for a pint, include the Red Lantern (Merton & Mt. Pleasant), Granite Brewery (Eglinton & Mt. Pleasant) and the Longest Yard (just north of Davisville on Mt. Pleasant).

Within 48 hours of coming to market this suite went into competition.

Offered at $389,900, our buyer paid a squeak over the asking price to secure this property. Fortunately, given she was already a resident of the condominium, her competitive edge was being able to purchase this suite without a condition on review of the building’s Status Certificate. Without question, this was to her advantage.
