Demolishing Grace

College Street / Little Italy

Forgive me,but occasionally I believe I'm terribly amusing when I am, in fact, not.

Case in point is today's blog titled 'Demolishing Grace', inspired by yesterday's post on one of my new fav cafe's called 'Saving Grace'. Click HERE for the post for directions on a great place to dine on Dundas West just east of Grace Street.

'Demolishing Grace' is, as you can see in the photo above, the current condition of our May 2013 Home Of The Month feature which tells the tale of how the Little Italy neighbourhood has become such a hot destination that one no longer buys a house in the 800k price range and just do a few cosmetic upgrades. Nope. Today you keep the shell and do a comprehensive quality rebuild. Which is what this brick bunker is about to become. I promise you this is going to be an architectural wonder when it's complete, which is just what the market craves in this neighbourhood.

Does a property opportunity like this – as-is or complete – interest you? Don't hesitate to contact us if you're curious to learn more.
