Dancing At Harbourfront

Uncategorized

Despite the chilly weather, last night my friends and I strolled lakeside to capture the sunset prior to being riveted by Toronto Dance Theatre’s ‘Rivers’ production at the Fleck Dance Theatre at Harbourfront Centre on Queens Quay West in The Terminal Building.

‘Rivers’ is a creative collaboration of Ann Southam’s masterful piano piece, played by Christina Petrowska Quilico, with the breathtaking choreography of Toronto Dance Theatre’s Christopher House. With ethereal lighting by Simon Rossiter, a subtle stage set by Michael Levine, and thoughtful simple costumes, the performers captivate with a synergetic liquidity that left me nothing less than spellbound.

Harbourfront is filled with amazing entertainment like this. Could you imagine having all this at your door step? You could if you lived HERE, in urbaneer.com’s amazing Luxe Queens Quay Listing in The Terminal Building!
