In the past I've shared some of my acquisitions from dashing Troy Seidman, the purveyor of the bon vivant Caviar20 studio.
In fact, you may have read about his studio in The Globe and Mail's article this week called 'Why You Should Shake Off Your Fear Of Appointment Only Boutiques'.
Troy is helping me expand my sculpture collection, including this Quebec sunburst which I really love, which compliments the Curtis Jere piece in my dining room.
Though my purchases from Troy aren't limited to sculpture. I also purchased a pair of gorgeous 1940s french chairs from him.
It isn't often I share with my readers items I drool over, but last night I was over at Troy Seidman's Caviar20 studio where I caught my breath looking at this stunning 'Hand Colored Flowers Screenprint' by Andy Warhol. Dating from 1974, this signed and numbered edition of 250, with his initials on the front, this is a fine piece.
Got some bucks? A $12,000 investment, the piece is magical. Here's a link to the Caviar20 site to learn more!
