A Small Reno With A Big Impact In Little Italy

College Street / Little Italy

We’re so relieved Toronto has Dave LeBlanc’s Globe and Mail Column to bring us heaping servings of insight into our urban selves and environments. We always appreciate his point of view.

Dave recently showcased a kitchen renovation and its demure addition by architect Adam Thom in this Little Italy semi-detached dwell.

We adore this space and place, inside and out. It’s thoughtful, well-crafted and humble, just like the neighbourhood!

We’re chuckling, because we realize this place reminds us of our own recent addition to our income property on Prince Edward Island!
