When our clients enlisted our services to sell their loft condominium in the heart of King West in downtown Toronto, they forewarned us that they had a lot of books and ‘stuff”. Fortunately, our Sellers heeded our advice and donated those items that weren’t moving with them to their next residence, pre-packed most of their book collection, and placed most of their ‘stuff’ in storage. Urbaneer brought in the ‘Paperclip’ Linens from CB2 for the master bedroom, and restyled the second bedroom/den into an art gallery home office to give it an identifiable purpose.

This Sky Loft Penthouse now has a clean-lined, pared down look that emphasizes the soaring 11 foot ceilings and celebrates the breath-taking view. After all, the star attraction of this space is the beautiful sight line overlooking a century-old church spire! Gorgeous!
