I’m Steven Fudge, a well-rounded, personable housing expert who operates urbaneer.com (along with my brilliant associates who help steer the urbaneer brand), which is a sales and marketing division of Bosley Real Estate. The lynchpin of my personal and professional lives (which intersect and overlap because of a genuine love my work) is the spiritual importance and meaning of Home in our contemporary culture. I’m honoured to reveal I rank as one of Bosley Real Estate’s Top Ten sales associates for volume and dollar sales in 2012, and have earned a seat on the company’s Executive Committee.
Fundamentals like trust, accountability and integrity figure heavily into my philosophy and have yielded a long, happy list of clients, with whom I have been lucky enough to align myself with during the search for house and home. Although I assist clients however they require (from buying to selling to style enhancement), my client focus is on helping realize the highest return on real estate investments.

My clients are appreciative of the combination of my well-rounded aesthetic and attention to detail and knowledge of lifestyle trends and desires.
For over two decades, I have worked with specific construction, design and custom trades to execute both mine and my clients’ renovations. I also have access to retail home furnishing designer discounts for clients. I have a cache of furnishings to draw on as necessary to elevate listings.
