When It Rains, It Pours

Sometimes I'm certain there's a correlation between the weather and real estate activity. One week we're sunning ourselves being languid, the next a blustery storm is lashing on our heels and the phone is ringing off the hook. Buyers are buying, while sellers prepare to catch the tail end of the Spring market. I have five amazing new listings coming to market right now - see the current promotions section for them - which means my focus is on doing what I do best...selling real estate.
