Allow me to share – as the purveyor of Urbaneer and one celebrating his 25th anniversary in Toronto’s high-octane real estate market – my team and I have long been engaged in our love for culture, design and housing in Toronto. My personal passion for all matters of housing runs deep, starting with a multi-disciplinary education on the history of art and architecture + urban studies, and a graduate degree focused on urban planning and policy, urban design and the psychology of housing and home. In 1992, my comprehensive research on Adaptive Reuse Conversions in Toronto allowed me to launch the ‘Innovative Space’ marketplace, where I worked with several development teams in the concept, sales and marketing of over $50 million in loft conversion condominiums. Since then I’ve guided hundreds of Buyers and Sellers through their real estate journeys throughout the original City of Toronto, gently offering practical experience, knowledge and wisdom without pressure or hassle through the decades. The Urbaneer blog – which I started in 2010 – has become a platform for us to share our insights from both the ‘real estate trenches’,nd on the social, economic and political real estate stage at large.
This was the impetus for our Urbaneer.com blog. And we’re thrilled it’s becoming a growing connection between our clients and readers like you!
